Egg breakfast casserole cc

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 slices White bread
1 pounds Sausage or ham, , Jimmy Dean Hot
8 Eggs
2 cups Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, , grated

Cook sausage or ham and drain. Beat eggs slightly and add milk, salt, mustard, and cheese. Put bread slices in the bottom of a 9X13" casserole and cover with egg mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 deg. F for 30 minutes.
