Holiday brunch egg casserole

Measure Ingredient
10 eaches Eggs
½ teaspoon Salt
1 pint Cottage cheese (small curd)
½ cup Flour
¼ cup Melted butter 1 tsp baking powder
1 pounds Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
1 pounds Ham, sliced, chopped
2 cans Green chiles (chopped)

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

Beat eggs until light lemon colored. Add flour and remaining ingredients. Pour into well greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
