Egg casserole

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Pork sausage (bulk)
9 \N Eggs
3 cups Milk
1½ teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
4 \N Slices white bread, cubed
\N \N In 1/4\" squares
2 cups Grated cheddar cheese

Brown sausage and crumble.Drain well. Mix eggs,milk,mustard,salt,cheese Pour over bread in greased 9 x 13 pan Cover - let sit overnight Uncover - bake @ 350 degrees for 1 to 1½ hours
