Crunchy broccoli salad

Ingredients

½cupNuts; walnuts, peanuts,
cupMayonaise
cupSugar
¼cupVinegar; plus almonds or sunflower seeds, whole or chopped
½cupOnion; chopped
8ouncesWater chestnuts; sliced and drained
2tablespoonsVinegar
2tablespoonsLemon juice

Directions

DRESSING

Combine dressing ingredients, set aside. Rinse broccoli well in cold water and peel stalks. Chop into bite sized pieces. Add remaining ingredients and mix with dressing. Refrigerate and serve cold.
