|1 pack||Gelatin, unflavored|
|¾ cup||Water; cold|
|3 ounces||Cream cheese; softened|
|6 ounces||Gelatin, lemon-flavored|
|2 cups||Water; boiling|
|1½ cup||Ginger ale|
|1 cup||Grapes, seedless; sliced|
|1 cup||Banana slices|
|½ cup||Cherries, maraschino; sliced|
Soften gelatin in cold water; stir over low heat until dissolved.
Combine salad dressing and cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
Stir in softened gelatin and blend well. Pour into a 2-quart mold; chill until firm.
Dissolve lemon-flavored gelatin in boiling water; add ginger ale.
Chill until slighlty thickened. Fold in grapes, banana slices, and cherries. Pour over molded gelatin layer. Chill until firm.
