Coronado salad ring

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Lime jello (four serving size)
1 pack Lemon jello
2 cups Hot water
10 ounces Dry creamed cottage cheese (small curd)
1 can Crushed pineapple, WELL drained No 2
⅔ cup Chopped walnuts
1 cup Pastry cream, not whipped (I assume that means heavy cream?)
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Horseradish

dissolve the jellos in hot water. Add remaining ingredients in the order given. Place in ring mold and refrigerate until firm. When ready to serve, unmold onto a platter and fill center with fresh strawberries.

Serves 8, needs no dressing.
