Yield: 1 Servings
|1 pack||(small) lime jello|
|3 ounces||Cream cheese|
|1 can||(small) crushed pineapple|
|1 cup||Whipped cream|
|½ cup||Chopped pecans|
|1 cup||Marshmallow Fluff|
Mix together cream cheese and crushed pineapple; set aside. Mix together 1 box lime jello, 1 cup hot water and 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff; stir until fluff is almost completely dissolved. Add cream cheese and pineapple mixture; stir well. Pour into mold. When mixture is partially set, mix together whipped cream and pecans; blend into mold. Allow mix to set.
Helpful Hint: When removing from mold, place mold in warm water for approximately 2 minutes. Then invert and remove.
