Creamy garlic italian dressing^

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Lowfat buttermilk
½ cup Lowfat cottage cheese
1 clove Garlic
2 Water packed artichoke
Hearts, rinsed
¼ small Onion
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Tamari
1 teaspoon Cider or wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon Minced fresh parsley,
Generous

Blend all ingredients except parsley in blender until smooth. Add parsley. Store in refrigerator up to three days.
