Creamy italian herb dressing

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Nonfat plain yogurt
¼ cup Nonfat mayonnaise
¼ cup Skim milk
½ teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder

In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, milk, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. To store, cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
