Creamy dill & garlic dressing

Yield: 1 Cup

Measure Ingredient
2 Garlic cloves, fine chop
¼ cup Buttermilk
¾ cup Light sour cream
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
Salt
Ground pepper, fresh
pinch Sugar

Whisk together all ingredients in bowl. Taste for seasoning - adding more lemon juice and dill to taste Use as a salad dressing or as a vegetable dip Dressing is low calorie and will keep for a week refrigerated
