Creamy blend ii

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Nonfat sour cream
1 cup Cottage cheese -- 1% fat
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Place all ingredients in a 5-cup blender container. Cover; blend at high speed for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides of container; blend for 1 minute longer, or until smooth. Cover; refrigerate for up to one week. Makes 2 cups. Nutrition Analysis (per tablespoon): 10 calories, 1g protein, 2g carbohydrate, 0g fat, 0mg cholesterol, 40mg sodium. Note: Use in dips, spreads, salad dressings and baked goods to reduce the fat in your recipes. Use Creamy Blend II when reducing fat is most important; refer to the recipe for Creamy Blend I when a smoother, more fluid mixture is preferred.
