|1 cup||Nonfat plain yogurt|
|1 cup||Low-fat or nonfat cottage cheese|
Place yogurt and cottage cheese in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 cups at 16 calories and ⅒ grams fat per 2 tablespoons.
NOTES : Do not use a food processor; it tends to break down the mixture and make it watery. Use as replacement for sour cream, mayonnaise and heavy cream.
