Cranberry-orange relish jewels

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Orange, unpeeled, cubed
¼ teaspoon Allspice; ground
3 cups Cranberries, fresh canned frozen
\N \N Artificial sweetener to taste

Position knife blade in food processor bowl, add cubed unpeeled orange. Process 15 seconds or until orange is coarsely chopped. ( Or use a sharp knife.) Combine chopped orange, allspice, and cranberries in a large saucepan; simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally for 12 minutes or until cranberry skins pop and mixture thickens. Remove heat and let cool. Add sweeter (substitution) to taste. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
