Cranberry and orange relish

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Fresh or frozen cranberries
1½ \N Lb
1 medium Orange
\N \N Artificial sweetner to equal
4 tablespoons Sugar

Wash and pick over cranberries; discard overripe berries. Wash orange, cut in small chunks, discard seeds and center core. Put both fruits through a food grinder using coarse blade. Add artificial sweetner; mix well. Chill in a covered container.
