Cranberry raisin relish

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Unsweetened orange juice |
| ⅓ | cup | Water |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | cup | Cranberries |
| 1 | teaspoon | Grated orange peel |
Directions
in a small saucepan, combine raisins, orange juice, water, sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to low, simmer 5 minutes. Add cranberries and orange peel, let cook until cranberries pop. Then simmer, stirrine frequently, 20 minutes.
