Raisin cranberry relish

½ | cup | Seedless Golden Raisins |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped Dried Apricots |
1 | medium | Lemon, Grated Peel and |
Juice | ||
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground Cinnamon |
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan. Gradually heat to boiling, stirring often. Simmer for 5 minutes then cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
