Raisin cranberry relish

Measure Ingredient
1 large Tart Cooking Apple,
Coarsely Chopped
8 ounces Whole Cranberry Sauce
½ cup Seedless Golden Raisins
2 tablespoons Chopped Dried Apricots
1 medium Lemon, Grated Peel and
Juice
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan. Gradually heat to boiling, stirring often. Simmer for 5 minutes then cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
