8ouncesWhole Cranberry Sauce
½cupSeedless Golden Raisins
2tablespoonsChopped Dried Apricots
1mediumLemon, Grated Peel and
Juice
¼teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonGround Cinnamon

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan. Gradually heat to boiling, stirring often. Simmer for 5 minutes then cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
