Crabmeat salad^

1 | cup | Crabmeat |
½ | cup | Celery |
1 | Tomato, peeled and cut up | |
2 | tablespoons | French dressing |
Mayonnaise | ||
Pimento strips | ||
Green pepper strips |
Directions
Pick over crab and take out any parchment-like tissue. Mix crabmeat, celery, tomato and French dressing; let stand in ice box 30 minutes.
Blend in mayonnaise to moisten. Place on lettuce leaves, garnish with pimento and green pepper strips. If you want, use tuna fish or salmon instead of the crabmeat.
