Crabmeat dip #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese
1 \N Stick butter
1 pounds White crabmeat
1 small Onion; finely chopped
1 dash Tabasco sauce
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 dash White pepper

From: Wendy Lockman <wlockman@...> Date: Sun, 24 Mar 1996 00:11:32 -0500 In a double boiler, melt the cream cheese and butter. Add the crabmeat and seasonings. Serve in a chafing dish to keep warm. Good with dip-size corn chips, in pastry shells, or crackers.
