Crabmeat imperial

1 | Bunch green onions; chopped | |
½ | pounds | Butter |
1 | cup | Olive oil |
1 | pounds | Fresh lump crabmeat |
1 | tablespoon | Pimento; chopped |
¼ | cup | Fresh mushrooms; sliced |
Salt & pepper to taste | ||
1 | tablespoon | Sherry |
Toast points |
Saute green onions in butter about 5 minutes; add olive oil, crabmeat, pimento, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Saute an additional 5 minutes. Add sherry; spoon over toast points. Serves 4.
