1 pounds | Fresh lump crabmeat |
1 tablespoon | Pimento; chopped |
¼ cup | Fresh mushrooms; sliced |

1 tablespoon | Sherry |
\N \N | Toast points |
Saute green onions in butter about 5 minutes; add olive oil, crabmeat, pimento, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Saute an additional 5 minutes. Add sherry; spoon over toast points. Serves 4.
