Crabmeat imperial

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Bunch green onions; chopped
½ pounds Butter
1 cup Olive oil
1 pounds Fresh lump crabmeat
1 tablespoon Pimento; chopped
¼ cup Fresh mushrooms; sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Sherry
Toast points

Saute green onions in butter about 5 minutes; add olive oil, crabmeat, pimento, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Saute an additional 5 minutes. Add sherry; spoon over toast points. Serves 4.
