Crabmeat pasta salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Imitation crabmeat; chopped
3½ cup Macaroni shells
1 \N Green pepper; chopped
4 \N Stalks celery; chopped
½ cup Onion; grated
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Vinegar
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
\N \N Salt & Pepper; to taste
¾ cup Mayonnaise
4 \N Hard-boiled eggs; chopped
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Parsley

Boil macaroni and drain and cool. Combine with all remaining ingredients.

Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve.
