Crabmeat casserole

2slicesWhite bread, cubed
2ouncesCheddar cheese, cubed
6ouncesCrabmeat, well drained
4ouncesCanned mushrooms, drained
2Eggs
1cupSkim milk
teaspoonMustard
1teaspoonLemon juice
½teaspoonSalt
Dash of pepper
Dash of paprika

Directions

Arrange bread, cheese, crabmeat and mushrooms in Pam sprayed 1½ quart casserole. Beat eggs with milk and seasonings. Pour egg mixture over other ingredients and let stand, covered, in refrigerator overnight. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
