Coyote's burgers

Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Buffalo meat - made in 1/3 lb patties |
| 3 | Roasted Pablano chiles ( half a chile for each burger) | |
| 6 | slices | Habanero jack cheese |
| Onion slices; tomato slices and lettuce. | ||
Directions
put it together and top the buns with hot ketchup (tho some times I use hot sweet mustard).
Very simple tasty dinner.
