Coyote's burgers

2poundsBuffalo meat - made in 1/3 lb patties
3Roasted Pablano chiles ( half a chile for each burger)
6slicesHabanero jack cheese
Onion slices; tomato slices and lettuce.

Directions

put it together and top the buns with hot ketchup (tho some times I use hot sweet mustard).

Very simple tasty dinner.
