|1 pounds||Hot italian sausage|
|1 \N||Diced habanero|
|3 \N||Diced serrano chiles (original recipe called for diced jalapenos only) (up to 5)|
|3 \N||Minced or finely diced cloves of garlic (up to 6)|
add diced ingredients to meat. Mix and then form balls. Cover the balls in #3 Firehouse bar-be-que sauce. (original recipe calls for buffalo wings sauce.. but BBQ sauce is thicker..and tastes much better!) bake at 350 in oven until done.
