Coyote buffalo balls

1poundsHot italian sausage
1Diced habanero
3Diced serrano chiles (original recipe called for diced jalapenos only) (up to 5)
3Minced or finely diced cloves of garlic (up to 6)

Directions

add diced ingredients to meat. Mix and then form balls. Cover the balls in #3 Firehouse bar-be-que sauce. (original recipe calls for buffalo wings sauce.. but BBQ sauce is thicker..and tastes much better!) bake at 350 in oven until done.
