Coyote buffalo balls

| 1 | pounds | Hot italian sausage |
| 1 | Diced habanero | |
| 3 | Diced serrano chiles (original recipe called for diced jalapenos only) (up to 5) | |
| 3 | Minced or finely diced cloves of garlic (up to 6) | |
Directions
add diced ingredients to meat. Mix and then form balls. Cover the balls in #3 Firehouse bar-be-que sauce. (original recipe calls for buffalo wings sauce.. but BBQ sauce is thicker..and tastes much better!) bake at 350 in oven until done.
