Coyote buffalo balls

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Hot italian sausage
1 \N Diced habanero
3 \N Diced serrano chiles (original recipe called for diced jalapenos only) (up to 5)
3 \N Minced or finely diced cloves of garlic (up to 6)

add diced ingredients to meat. Mix and then form balls. Cover the balls in #3 Firehouse bar-be-que sauce. (original recipe calls for buffalo wings sauce.. but BBQ sauce is thicker..and tastes much better!) bake at 350 in oven until done.
