Coyote's quesadillas

Quantity Ingredient
Corn Tortillas
Equal blend of Cheddar; Monterey Jack, Asadero and Queso Quesadilla cheeses
Chipotles in Adobo sauce

Grill both sides of the corn tortillas briefly. Then spread evenly the mixture of cheese on top of the tortillas. Next place one to 3 chipotles in a line bi secting the round tortillas. Fold the tortillas in half and grill on both sides evenly until the cheese melts.
