Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Cooked brown rice | 
| 1 | cup | Cooked soybeans | 
| 1 | cup | Toasted sesame or sunflower |

| ⅓ | cup | Whole wheat flour | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Basil | 
| 2 | Eggs (Egg substitute) | |
Directions
SOAK soybeans overnight. Drain and Dry. COARSELY CHOP soybeans SAUTE onions and mix with remaining ingredients SHAPE into patties and cook on a griddle or in a skillet. OR BAKE patties at 350 for 20 minutes TO KEEP PATTIES FROM STICKING, sprinkle griddle or baking dish with sesame seeds. OR FREEZE on a cookie sheet and then store in freezer.
