Cottage cheese vegetable salad

Quantity Ingredient
24 ounces Cottage cheese
1 can (4-oz) chopped black olives
1 small Tomato; chopped
½ large Bell pepper; chopped
Coarse ground black pepper

Mix ingredients & season with black pepper. Chill & serve.
