Mexican red salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ tablespoon Thin sliced garlic
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 mediums Ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 medium Red bell pepper, peeled and chopped
½ teaspoon Tabasco or to taste

Cook garlic in oil until tender. Pour in jar and add remaining ingredients.

Mix well.
