Mexican red salad

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 1½ | tablespoon | Thin sliced garlic |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 2 | mediums | Ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped |
| 1 | medium | Red bell pepper, peeled and chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Tabasco or to taste |
Directions
Cook garlic in oil until tender. Pour in jar and add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
