Mexican red salad

Ingredients

tablespoonThin sliced garlic
2tablespoonsOlive oil
2mediumsRipe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1mediumRed bell pepper, peeled and chopped
½teaspoonTabasco or to taste

Directions

Cook garlic in oil until tender. Pour in jar and add remaining ingredients.

Mix well.
