| ¼ | cup | Cheddar cheese, grated |
| 2 | tablespoons | Hydrogen. Vegetable shorten. |
| ½ | cup | Oatmeal, toasted |
| ½ | teaspoon | Brewers yeast |
| ¼ | cup | Grated Swiss cheese |
Directions
Combine cheeses, yeast and shortening. Using plastic wrap, shape mixture into a log about 1 inch thick and 8 inches long. Roll log in toasted oatmeal. Refrigerate. Slice into ½ pieces and serve.
