Yield: 1 batch
|¼ cup||Cheddar cheese, grated|
|2 tablespoons||Hydrogen. Vegetable shorten.|
|½ cup||Oatmeal, toasted|
|½ teaspoon||Brewers yeast|
|¼ cup||Grated Swiss cheese|
Combine cheeses, yeast and shortening. Using plastic wrap, shape mixture into a log about 1 inch thick and 8 inches long. Roll log in toasted oatmeal. Refrigerate. Slice into ½ pieces and serve.
