Corn bread #5

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Yellow corn meal
1 cup Allpurpose flour
¼ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Vegetable oil
1 Egg
1 cup Milk

From: Edward Tucker <edwardt@...> Date: Mon, 15 Jul 1996 07:31:11 -0700 Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Combine oil, egg, and milk together. Mix well. Stir into dry ingredients until just blended. Pour into a well buttered 8 inch square pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees at 25 minutes, or until done.
