¾ cup Flour
½ cup Sugar
1½ teaspoon Baking powder
¾ cup Milk
¼ cup Butter; melted

I also like the idea of baking it in a heavy frying pan with a little hot oil in the bottom, it gives it a nice crust on the bottom. Heat the pan with the oil in it in the oven until it is not, then pour in the batter and bake as directed.

Serves 16, well maybe on a good day but 8 is probably closer MC-Recipe Digest V1 #170
