Ingredients

½teaspoonBaking soda
1dashSalt
1Egg
1cupButtermilk
1tablespoonOil

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg and buttermilk. Place iron skillet in 425 oven for 2 minutes. Pour batter into hot, greased skillet. Bake 20-25 minutes.
