Corn bread #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Corn meal
½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 dash Salt
1 Egg
1 cup Buttermilk
1 tablespoon Oil

Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg and buttermilk. Place iron skillet in 425 oven for 2 minutes. Pour batter into hot, greased skillet. Bake 20-25 minutes.
