1½ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
1¾ cup Cornmeal; fine ground
⅛ cup Gluten Flour, 100%
\N pinch Ascorbic Acid
1 tablespoon Skim Dry Milk; powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter Or Margarine
200 millilitres Water

Makes nice crisp toast.
