Coney island sauce

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Tomato paste (6 oz.)
¼ pounds Ground beef
¼ cup Sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon Minced onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Chili powder
½ teaspoon Sugar

Kids (and adults) will love this with hot dogs and hamburgers.

Combine all ingredients in heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Cook until beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is brown and thickened, about 30 minutes. (Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Cover and chill. Rewarm sauce before serving.)
