Coney sauce

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground chuck
4 tablespoons Oil
2 packs Dry onion soup mix
2 cups Black coffee
16 ounces Can tomato paste
1 tablespoon Chili powder
⅛ teaspoon Ground allspice

In large skillet, brown ground chuck in the oil, stirring with fork until pink color disappears and chuck is in small pieces. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat on lowest possible heat, stirring often, for 2 hours or until reduced to thick sauce. Serves 6 From: Charlie Piazza
