1 teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
¼ teaspoon | Celery seed |
¼ teaspoon | Tabasco sauce |

In a seasoned skillet, brown ground beef with onion over medium heat, breaking up with fork to crumb.e Drain off fat. Add all other ingredients except the ketchup. Mix well then add enough ketuchp to keep the mixture loose as it cooks. Simmer, partially covered, adding more ketchup as needed.
Makes enough for 8 Coney Dog
