Coney island hot dog sauce

1tablespoonMargarine
poundsGround beef
2Onions, chopped
1Clove garlic, crushed salt & pepper to taste
2tablespoonsChilli powder
1tablespoonPrepared mustard
16 oz. can tomato paste
16 oz. can water
13/16Hot dogs, as you want

Directions

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients; but the hot dogs. Simmer until thick. DO NOT BROWN GROUND BEEF FIRST! In a food processor fitted with a metal blade or a meat grinder, grind the hot dogs & add to the sauce; stir. Cook 15 minutes longer.

Serve this sauce over hot dogs in buns.
