1 tablespoon | Margarine |
1½ pounds | Ground beef |
2 \N | Onions, chopped |
1 \N | Clove garlic, crushed salt & pepper to taste |
2 tablespoons | Chilli powder |
1 tablespoon | Prepared mustard |
1 \N | 6 oz. can tomato paste |
1 \N | 6 oz. can water |
13/16 \N | Hot dogs, as you want |
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients; but the hot dogs. Simmer until thick. DO NOT BROWN GROUND BEEF FIRST! In a food processor fitted with a metal blade or a meat grinder, grind the hot dogs & add to the sauce; stir. Cook 15 minutes longer.
Serve this sauce over hot dogs in buns.
