Coney island chili

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Oil
1½ pounds Ground beef
2 cans (12 oz) Heinz Brown Gravy
1 pack (envelope) Onion soup mix
2 cans (15 oz) red kidney beans
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 tablespoon Cumin powder
¼ cup Bottled Italian dressing
12 ounces V-8 Juice
4 teaspoons Sugar (or 3 pks of Equal)

CONEY ISLAND CHILI

DIRECTIONS

In 2-qt saucepan, heat 3 tablespoons oil on med-high & brown ground round in this, crumbling with fork till pink color disappears and beef is mashed to size of rice. Stir in Heinz brown gravy, onion soup mix, red kidney beans, chili powder, cumin powder, italian dressing v-8 juice, sugar. Stir well and often - low heat till piping hot.

Serves 4.
