Barbeque sauce for hot dogs (coney island)

1eachOnion, finely chopped
1eachClove garlic, finely chopped
1teaspoonBarbeque spice
1cupTomato juice
½cupSalad oil
1eachSprig of parsley, finely chopped
¼cupFindely diced celery
1teaspoonChili powder
¼cupVinegar
1pinchOregano, pepper

Directions

Saute the bacon, onion, celery and garlic in the oil until golden brown. Add other ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour.
