Barbeque sauce for hot dogs (coney island)

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Ground beef |
| 1 | each | Onion, finely chopped |
| 1 | each | Clove garlic, finely chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Barbeque spice |
| 1 | cup | Tomato juice |
| ½ | cup | Salad oil |
| 1 | each | Sprig of parsley, finely chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Findely diced celery |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| ¼ | cup | Vinegar |
| 1 | pinch | Oregano, pepper |
Directions
Saute the bacon, onion, celery and garlic in the oil until golden brown. Add other ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour.
