Barbeque sauce for hot dogs (coney island)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 eaches Strips of bacon, finely chopped
1 cup Ground beef
1 each Onion, finely chopped
1 each Clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Barbeque spice
1 cup Tomato juice
½ cup Salad oil
1 each Sprig of parsley, finely chopped
¼ cup Findely diced celery
1 teaspoon Chili powder
¼ cup Vinegar
1 pinch Oregano, pepper

Saute the bacon, onion, celery and garlic in the oil until golden brown. Add other ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour.
