Hot dog sauce

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean hamburger
2 tablespoons Paprika
2 tablespoons Onion, finely chopped
½ teaspoon Mustard powder
¼ teaspoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
\N \N Salt to taste

Brown meat and onions. Mash meat into small bits. Add other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour, adding water as needed to make a loose sauce. Use as a topping on hot dogs with mustard and chopped onions. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 03-28-95
