Cold crappie salad

Ingredients

1cupCooked, flaked crappie (or bluegill)
1Hard cooked egg, quartered
6slicesCucumber pickles
1Tomato, cut in quarters
8slicesPickled beets
Lettuce, shredded
Dressing:
1cupMayonnaise
¼cupKetchup
2teaspoonsRelish
1teaspoonHorseradish
¼teaspoonMustard

Directions

Put shredded lettuce all over the plates. Place fish in center.

Arrange egg, pickles, tomato and beets around edge of plate. Top with dressing (or use Thousand Island dressing).
