Cold pasta salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Box twisted pasta; cooked, (any variety)
2 \N Carrots
1 \N Big zucchini
½ \N Red onion; sliced thin
½ \N Bottle Italian Salad Dressing; (approximately)

Grate the carrots & zucchini on big holes of a hand grater. Mix everything together and refrigerate. Can use low fat Italian dressing. You might need to use more salad dressing, because the pasta will absorb it. Enjoy.
