| 1 | Avocado; cubed | |
| 1 | 220 gram bag Mozzarella cheese; cubed (8oz) | |
| For the dressing | ||
| 3 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | tablespoons | White wine vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Honey |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
| 2 | teaspoons | Schwartz Salad Seasoning |
| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
| 2 | Thick slices bread; cut into cubes | |
| Schwartz Lemon Sea Salt; to taste | ||
Directions
FOR THE CROUTONS
Mix all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
Blend all the dressing ingredients together and toss into the salad.
For the croutons, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the bread until lightly browned, stirring continuously, season with Lemon Sea Salt and sprinkle croutons over the salad and serve.
