Summer salad with croutons

100gramsCherry tomatoes; halved (4oz)
25gramsBlack olives; halved (1oz)
75gramsFrench beans; cut into 3 (3oz)
2Hard boiled eggs; cut into 6
1Avocado; cubed
1220 gram bag Mozzarella cheese; cubed (8oz)
For the dressing
3tablespoonsMayonnaise
2tablespoonsWhite wine vinegar
1teaspoonHoney
½teaspoonDijon mustard
2teaspoonsSchwartz Salad Seasoning
1tablespoonOlive oil
2Thick slices bread; cut into cubes
Schwartz Lemon Sea Salt; to taste

Directions

FOR THE CROUTONS

Mix all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.

Blend all the dressing ingredients together and toss into the salad.

For the croutons, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the bread until lightly browned, stirring continuously, season with Lemon Sea Salt and sprinkle croutons over the salad and serve.
