Cheddar-bacon spread

Ingredients

4Slices bacon
110 oz. package extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (2 1/2 cups)
½cupMilk
¼cupLow-fat mayonnaise
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
teaspoonGround red pepper
Party rye bread slices

Directions

In skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and place on paper towel to drain. Crumble bacon; set aside. In blender, blend cheddar cheese and next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in crumbled bacon.
