Cheddar-bacon spread

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Slices bacon
1 \N 10 oz. package extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (2 1/2 cups)
½ cup Milk
¼ cup Low-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
⅛ teaspoon Ground red pepper
\N \N Party rye bread slices

In skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and place on paper towel to drain. Crumble bacon; set aside. In blender, blend cheddar cheese and next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in crumbled bacon.
