Carob muffins or cake^

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ tablespoon Yeast
2 tablespoons Honey
2 cups Warm water
2½ cup Whole wheat flour
½ cup White flour
½ cup Carob powder
½ cup Honey
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
⅔ cup Chopped nuts, optional

Mix together yeast, honey and warm water. Let sit 5 minutes. Stir together well all ingredients. Fill oiled muffing tins ⅔ full. Let rise 15 minutes.
