|2 cups||Warm water|
|2½ cup||Whole wheat flour|
|½ cup||White flour|
|½ cup||Carob powder|
|⅔ cup||Chopped nuts, optional|
Mix together yeast, honey and warm water. Let sit 5 minutes. Stir together well all ingredients. Fill oiled muffing tins ⅔ full. Let rise 15 minutes.
