Brownie mix homemade

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Flour; Sifted |
| 4½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Cocoa |
| 1½ | cup | Dry Milk; Nonfat |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Baking Powder |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt -Making Brownies--- |
| 1¾ | cup | Brownie Mix |
| 1 | Whole Egg | |
| ¼ | cup | Warm Water |
| ¼ | cup | Cooking Oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ¼ | cup | Nuts; Chopped |
Directions
1. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, dry milk, baking powder and salt three times. Store in airtight container.
To make brownies:
1. Combine 1¾ cup mix, 1 egg, ¼ cup warm water, ¼ cup cooking oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla in mixing bowl.
2. Beat with electric mixer 1 minute at medium speed.
3. Stir in ¼ cup chopped walnuts. Pour into greased 9 " square baking pan.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven 20 minutes or until brownies are done.
5. Cool in pan on rack.
