Basic chocolate cookie mix

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Flour, all-purpose
4 cups Sugar
1⅓ cup Hershey's cocoa
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Margarine or butter

Combine thoroughly flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. An electric mixer on slow speed can be used for mixing.
