Brownie bread

Yield: 1 loaf

Measure Ingredient
½ tablespoon Yeast
1⅞ cup Bread flour
⅓ cup Cocoa powder; unsweetened
½ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Oil
1 each Egg
¾ cup Water
⅓ cup Walnut pieces

Bring the water to a boil. Add the cocoa and stir until completely dissolved. Let cool to room temp. Add the cocoa and all the remaining ingredients except nuts in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. At the beeper <or at the end of the first kneading in the Panasonic or National> add walnuts.
