Ingredients

| 4 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 4 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 8 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 | can | (8oz) unsweetened cocoa-powder |
Directions
In a lg bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed. Put into a lg-airtight container. Store in a cool-dry place.
