Homemade brownie mix

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 cups Unbleached flour -- or
\N \N All-purpose
4 teaspoons Baking powder
4 teaspoons Salt
8 cups Sugar
8 ounces Unsweetened cocoa powder --
\N \N One small package

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk to distribute evenly. Put in a large airtight container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 10-12 weeks.

Makes about 15 c of Brownie Mix.
