Measure | Ingredient |

2 packs | (10-oz) frozen broccoli |
1 can | Cream of mushroom soup |
2 \N | Eggs; beaten |
2 mediums | Vidalia onions |
1 pack | Ritz crackers |
½ cup | Butter or margarine |
1 cup | Grated cheddar cheese |
Cook broccoli until crisp-tender. Add soup, beaten eggs, onions and butter.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Top with grated cheese and crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
